What's a tweet chat?

Tweet chats organize scheduled conversations around a topic using a technique called a # "hashtag" (see left column.) You can learn all the concept of twitter hashtags here. Ambitious Twitter users have organized scheduled times where everyone interested in that topic can come together for an organized, hosted discussion (usually an hour in length.) The host will post topics and solicit feedback from the "crowd." This strategy adds real value to healthcare social networking on Twitter, and...of course, someone built a tool to make it easy to participate.
